Got to it finally! Final 2021 Forest Fire season update has been completed and printable/ purchased maps are ready for you! The park finally reopened in mid-September for park approved trips. I will await next year with plans for my own trip up to this amazing park!
The delay in blogs has been due to my thinking(?) I could not post anything as a blank page was all I was met with upon trying to post. There have been mysteries about the website over the past month or so and I am still waiting for things to clear up. Everything seems to be working normally but some things like the map image on the home page has gone m.i.a. for some reason.. the download (button) along with it. the footer for that particular page too. a damn mystery. All else works. I am working on a new home page and hope to be back in the game soon!
In the meantime, unfortunately the free download is available but only through the shop. eh, it’s an ugly reality right now.
I am always looking to tweak the map with more accurate information. Please feel free to get in touch with me if you might have any suggestions or corrections. they are all appreciated. Who knows, I may just send you a copy of the map as a thank you!

Thanks for reaching out. Scroll down on the home page. Just below the screenshot of the NW corner of the park map is the download button. Best to utilize on your laptop/ home computer as opposed to phone. Hope this helps.
